Features of housing loans:

  • Interest: The loan attracts an interest rate of 10%
  • Repayment: Repayment Period is 30 months i.e if a member borrowed Ksh 5,000 he or she will repay ksh 183 pm
  • Guarantors The loan does not require a guarantor as the loan itself will act as the collateral.
